  • How do I get started with somatic IFS sessions?

    Please book a free consultation here. During our free consultation, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you here and the shifts you’d like to see in your life. I’ll share how I work, and you can ask anything that’s on your mind. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll decide together how to move forward. And if not, I can recommend other IFS or somatic therapists who might be a better match for you. After the first consultation I will send you a consent form. Once you have understood and signed the form you can schedule a somatic IFS session with me.

  • What if I don't know exactly what I need?

    There’s no need to have all the answers before you start. Many people start with sessions feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. We’ll take it step by step and figure it out together.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    My cancellation policy is 24 hours. Cancellations and no-shows after that will be charged with the full session fee barring an emergency.

  • Do you work in-person?

    No. At this time, I only take sessions online.

    Online sessions can make support more accessible and time-efficient by removing the need to commute. To get the most out of sessions, it can help to create a comfortable, focused environment—such as allowing a few minutes before and after the session to transition, minimising distractions, and ensuring privacy. However, online sessions may not be suitable if you don’t have access to a private space or a stable internet connection. Online sessions follow the same procedural and ethical principles as in-person sessions, offering a flexible, effective alternative for accessing therapeutic support.

  • Do you diagnose or prescribe psychiatric medication?

    No. I don’t provide psychiatric diagnoses or prescribe medication. If you need an official diagnosis or medication assessment, that would require another professional depending on your location. However, I can support you in exploring whether that step feels right for you.

  • Do you accept medical insurance?

    No. I only accept private pay.
